FAQ
1. What areas do you serve?
We serve homeowners in Miami Dade, Broward County, and nearby neighborhoods.
2. What types of projects do you take on?
We focus on full‑home remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, condo renovations, and high‑end finishes like Venetian plaster, limewash, and specialty paint.
3. Is there a minimum project size or budget?
Yes. Because of the level of planning and finishes we provide, most projects start at around a modest interior repaint and go up from there for full renovations. You can always ask if your scope fits.
4. Do you work in condos and high‑rises, and handle HOA requirements?
Yes. We regularly work in condos and high‑rises and are familiar with Miami and Fort Lauderdale HOA/condo rules, elevator reservations, and work‑hour restrictions. We coordinate with management to get approvals and schedule work.
5. Who handles permits and inspections?
For work that requires permits, we take care of the permit application, drawings from the appropriate professionals, and inspection scheduling. You sign the forms as owner, but we manage the process day‑to‑day.
6. How does the remodeling process work from first call to final walkthrough?
We start with a phone call to understand your goals, then schedule an on‑site visit. After that you receive a detailed scope and estimate, we finalize selections, schedule the job, complete the work with regular updates, and finish with a walkthrough and touch‑ups.
7. How long will my project take?
Timelines depend on scope, building rules, and material lead times. A repaint or finishes project might be days to a couple of weeks, while full kitchens, baths, or whole‑home remodels can run several weeks to a few months.
8. Do you help with design and material selections, or work with my designer?
Yes. We can guide you on finishes, colors, and materials, or collaborate with your interior designer or architect if you already have one. Our goal is to execute the design cleanly and to spec.
9. Will my home be livable during the remodel?
Often yes, especially for phased or finishes‑only projects, but there will be dust, noise, and some areas blocked off. We protect floors and furnishings, isolate work zones as much as possible, and can plan phases so you always have a usable kitchen or bathroom when feasible.
10. Are you licensed and insured in Florida?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to work in Florida. We’re happy to provide our license number and insurance certificates on request so you can verify everything.
11. How do you handle change orders and budget changes?
If you request changes or something hidden is uncovered, we price the change in writing before proceeding. No work outside the original agreement is done without your approval, so you always know where the budget stands.
12. Do you offer any warranty on your work?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship and offer a 2 year warranty on labor, with specific time frames depending on the type of work. We’ll outline the warranty clearly in your contract.
